In rare instances where the Exium SASE agent installation fails on Windows, Mac, or Linux devices, we recommend deploying pre-install software. This software registers the machine with Exium's platform, allowing our support team to troubleshoot installation issues remotely.
Click on "User and Devices" in the left menu bar, then select "RMM Deployments."
Copy the script for the platform you need (Windows, Mac, or Linux) as shown in the screenshot below.
For Windows devices:
Run the script locally in PowerShell with administrator privileges, or
Push it through your preferred RMM tool.
For Mac devices:
Run the bash script locally with “sudo -s" privilege, or
Push it through your preferred RMM tool.
After deploying the script, please send an email to support@exium.net with the machine hostname where you deployed the pre-install software.
