¶ Overview
Exium employs advanced monitoring techniques to ensure efficient operations and heightened security of our SASE Cyber Gateways. Detailed telemetry from these gateways is continuously collected, focusing on critical metrics such as CPU, memory, and disk usage. This comprehensive telemetry data is seamlessly integrated into our XDR platform, where it is readily accessible for real-time inspection and compliance verification.
¶ Accessing Cyber Gateways Telemetry
¶ Log in to the XDR Console:
Start by logging into your XDR360 console using your credentials, refer to the section titled "Unlocking the XDR Platform."
¶ Access Endpoints:
- After logging in, click on the hamburger icon (three horizontal lines) in the interface to open the navigation menu.
- Select “Server Management” and then click on “Endpoints Summary.”
- In the search bar, enter the name of the cyber gateway as shown in the screenshot below.
¶ Navigate to Threat Hunting:
- Click on the cyber gateway name to display the associated dashboards.
- Select “Threat Hunting” to access the Threats and Alerts dashboard.
¶ View Alerts:
- Click on the alerts section.
- Please note that if CPU, RAM, and disk usage are below the alert thresholds, you may not see any alerts for these metrics.
¶ Check CPU, RAM, and Disk Usage:
- Scroll down to view alerts related to CPU and memory utilization.
To expand event details, click on the event line to the left, as illustrated in the screenshot below. Here, you can review the CPU, RAM, and disk usage figures.

Our processes enable proactive identification of potential issues, ensuring rapid response and resolution. Furthermore, the telemetry data supports compliance efforts by providing an auditable trail of system performance and security metrics, thereby sustaining enterprise-wide security and peace of mind.
