Welcome to the enhanced security experience with Exium! Follow these simple steps to unleash the power of our Windows client and fortify your digital workspace.
¶ Step 1: Receive Your Exclusive Invite
Your workspace IT admin has added you as a user, and a personalized welcome email is on its way to your inbox. See the guide on how to initiate an email invite here: Instructions for MSP Admins. Keep an eye out for this invitation, as it contains a link to the install command for our cutting-edge software. Act swiftly, as the activation token and welcome link are valid for just one hour. Need a re-invite? No worries—your workspace admin has you covered.
Click on the dedicated Windows button within the welcome email to download the installation exe.
¶ Step 2: Run the exe
When the exe is downloaded Right-click the downloaded .exe file and select Run as administrator
Note : Sometimes windows SmartScreen shows a warning, click More info → Run anyway. The installer is signed by Exium
Once the installer is running with administrator rights you would see following screen. Installation takes approximately 10–15 minutes as this is a complete process where pre-requisites are also considered if not found previously installed on your system.
¶ Step 3: Launch SASE App
Once the installation gets completed then you would be able to see the desktop icon
¶ Step 4: Connect the tunnel
Once you launch the desktop icon you would see the SASE application interface where you can click on the Connect button and get connected.
Congratulations! Your client is now activated, and you'll receive a notice confirming your connection's enhanced security. Experience peace of mind as you navigate the digital landscape with Exium's robust protection.
