¶ Instructions to Unlock Web and SaaS Dashboards
To access the Web and SaaS dashboards, please follow these steps:
¶ Step 1: Access the MSP Admin Console:
- Navigate to the MSP admin console and select Companies. Click on the name of the company you wish to view (or go directly to the Customer/ Client Workspace Sign In).
¶ Step 2: Select Web and SaaS:
- In the left menu bar, click on "Web and SaaS."
¶ Step 3: Interactive Dashboards:
- The dashboards are interactive. Click on any area of interest to apply corresponding filters.
Example Filters: For instance, clicking on "slack.com" in the Applications/Domains dashboard (as shown by the first red arrow in the screenshot) will filter all results for the Slack application. Similarly, you can filter results for "Windows" devices and the "Dallas" location, as indicated by the other two red arrows. For example, clicking on "Dallas" will filter the dashboard graphs to display users and their activity connected from Dallas.
¶ Step 4: Filter and Search Results:
- You can filter the results, conduct searches, and adjust the duration using the options indicated by the three red boxes in the screenshot below.
- You can enter URLs or usernames or IPs - These can be partial or full. In case of partial, you need to use * as suffix or prefix
- You can select the duration at very granular level as shown in below screenshot.
¶ Step 5: View Activity Details based on filter and time range
- Scroll to the bottom of the dashboard to review details on all activity. The activity details are filtered based on search and timestamp range.
¶ Step 6: Event Details:
- To view details about a specific event, click on the left side of the event row (highlighted by the red box and arrow in the screenshot). This will open a popup containing all pertinent information about that event.
By following these steps, you can effectively unlock and navigate the Web and SaaS dashboards to gain valuable insights.
