¶ Configure & Apply Web Service/Application Policies
Exium enables workspace admins with multiple options to configure web security policies.

¶ Web Policies Precedence
Admins can attach override policies at higher precedence. Site level policies are at highest precedence, followed by the workspace level policies and finally partner level policies are at lowest precedence.
¶ Web Service/Application Policies
Web Services/Applications Policies enable admins to configure ALLOW/BLOCK of different web applications.
¶ Partner level Web Service/Application Policies
You can define web service/application policies at partner level which will be applied to all users of all workspaces of that partner. To create web service/application policies, Follow below steps
- Log into the partner admin console
- Click on Zero-Trust Policies in the left menu bar and Click on Services/Apps
- Click on the Create as shown below
By default, all services/applications are allowed. If you want to change (ALLOW to BLOCK and vice versa) some of the services/applications as per end customer requirements, please follow below steps.
- Change Services/Applications as per end customer requirements and Update as shown below
Web Service/Application policies gets applied to all users of all workspaces, immediately after submitting.
¶ Workspace level Web Service/Application Policies
You can define web service/application policies at workspace level which will be applied to all users in workspace. To create web service/application policies, Follow below steps
- Log into the partner admin console and navigate to the company workspace.
- Click on Zero-Trust Policies in the left menu bar and Click on Services/Apps
- Click on the Create as shown below

¶ Local site level (CyberGateway) Service/Application Policies
You can define service/application policies at each site level (where CyberGateway is deployed) which will be applied to all devices in the site. To create web service/application policies, Follow below steps
- Log into the partner admin console and navigate to the company workspace.
- Click on Sites in the left menu bar and Click on Local Policies.
- Click on Service/Apps tab
- Select CyberGateway from Drop down
- Click on the Create as shown below
By default, all services/applications are allowed. If you want to change (ALLOW to BLOCK and vice versa) some of the services/applications as per end customer requirements, please follow below steps.
- Change Services/Applications as per end customer requirements and Update as shown below
Web Service/Application policies gets applied to all users in site immediately after submitting.
