¶ Instructions to Unlock Weekly SASE Insights
To access the Weekly SASE Insights, please follow these steps:
¶ Step 1: Access the MSP Admin Console:
- Navigate to the MSP admin console and select Companies. Click on the name of the company you wish to view (or go directly to the Customer/ Client Workspace Sign In).
¶ Step 2: Select Reports:
- In the left menu bar, click on "Reports."
¶ Step 3: Interactive Reports:
- The reports are interactive. Click on any area of interest to apply corresponding filters.
Example Filters: For instance, clicking on "slack.com" in the Applications and Domains Accessed (as shown by the first red arrow in the screenshot) will filter all results for the Slack application. Similarly, you can filter results for "Mac" devices and the "Dallas" location, as indicated by the other two red arrows.
¶ Step 4: Filter and Search Results:
- You can filter the results, conduct searches, and adjust the duration using the options indicated by the two red boxes in the screenshot below.
- You can select the duration at very granular level as shown in below screenshot.
