In response to insightful feedback from our Managed Service Provider (MSP) partners, Exium has optimized the process of managing service subscriptions for enhanced convenience and efficiency. This streamlined approach encompasses a range of services, including SASE Essentials, SASE Pro, Cyber Gateway, Extended Detection and Response (XDR), Identity and Access Management (IAM), and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC). ¶ Simplifying Subscription Management
Our improved system allows MSPs to effortlessly manage subscriptions through a user-friendly interface. The process is outlined below:
¶ Accessing the Admin Console
- Navigate to the MSP admin console and select the 'Companies' tab.
- Click on the desired company name or directly access the Customer/ Client Workspace Sign In page.
¶ Creating a New Company
- If establishing a new client, click "Add Company" and follow the prompted steps to complete the setup. For detailed guidance, please refer to our document: New Customer Setup.
¶ Managing Subscriptions
- Locate the company and click on the '$' sign under 'Actions' to manage subscriptions.
- Select the desired SASE package by choosing either “Essentials” or “Pro”.
- For Identity and Access Management (IAM), toggle between “YES” or “NO” as preferred.
- For Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), select “YES” or “NO” based on client needs.
- To enable Extended Detection and Response (XDR), choose the appropriate SIEM data retention period: 7 Days, 30 Days, 90 Days, or 1 Year. Select “None” if XDR is not required.
¶ Entering License Details
- Specify the number of user licenses and Cyber Gateway licenses required for your client.
¶ Finalizing and Saving Selections
- Review your selections and click on “Save” to activate the security subscriptions for your client successfully.
¶ Flexibility and Adjustments
After making your initial selections, you can conveniently modify subscriptions at any time by following the same guidelines. Additionally, features can be enabled or disabled by selecting “YES” or “NO” as needed, allowing for flexible and adaptive management.
¶ Managing Legacy SKU Subscriptions
If you are still utilizing the older SIA, SPA, and Cyber Gateway subscriptions, you can easily modify these at any time by following the same guidelines mentioned above. Additionally, you now have the option to add new XDR, IAM, and GRC product subscriptions alongside your existing SIA and SPA subscriptions.
