By following the instructions outlined below, you can efficiently navigate through the cancellation of your Exium SASE service while ensuring a hassle-free experience.
¶ Delete Azure AD APP or any other IdP Integrations
Follow the steps below.
- Login to Azure portal and then navigate to Entra ID
- Click on All applications and Click on Exium app (which is integrated with company workspace) as shown below.
- On Exium app page, Click on Properties
- Click on Delete as shown below
¶ Uninstall Exium Agent from Users' Devices
Follow the steps below.
- Navigate to the MSP admin console -> Client Workspace
- Click on Users and Devices in the left menu bar and then click on Users
- Click on Uninstall icon as shown below
¶ Uninstalling Exium Agent with an Script
Uninstall users from admin console will uninstall client for all users and devices. In case on any device if client is not uninstalled, you can follow the steps below to uninstall client from that device.
To uninstall Exium client, follow the steps below.
- Navigate to the MSP admin console -> Client Workspace
- Click on Admin console in the left menu bar
- Click on “Users and Devices” → “RMM Deployment” as shown in the screenshot below
- Select your device type (Windows, Mac etc.)
- Copy the script and push it to the user's device (or run locally on the machine for early testing)
- Copy the script under Uninstall and run locally or via RMM
¶ Uninstall Exium Cyber Gateways
Follow the steps below.
- Navigate to the MSP admin console -> Client Workspace
- Click on Sites in the left menu bar and then click on Cyber Gateways
- Click on Uninstall icon as shown below for each gateway
¶ Uninstall Exium Cyber Gateways with CLI
Above mentioned step will uninstall CyberGateway from admin console. In case of any failure, if uninstall from admin console is not successful, you can do that directly from CyberGateway terminal.
To uninstall CyberGateway from CyberGateway system directly
- SSH to CyberGateway
- type “sudo -s” to switch to root
- Run following command on terminal to uninstall
cgw uninstall¶ Delete Workspace
Follow the steps below.
- Navigate to the MSP admin console
- Click on Companies
- Click on Delete icon as shown below
