Please be aware that if you don't assign admins for each workspace, the main admin of the MSP partner portal will automatically become the default admin. This individual will receive all notifications and reports for all workspaces.
Efficient Alerts and Reporting:
- By designating workspace admins for each client, important alerts and reports are automatically sent to the relevant technician's email. This targeted communication ensures that critical information reaches the right person promptly, enabling swift response to potential issues.
¶ Configuring Workspace Admins/ Technicians
- Navigate to the MSP admin console → Companies
- For the Company you like to change the admin, click on the icon highlighted in “green” under action
- Select the Email address of the admin from the drop-down menu
- Click “Submit”
